Besides signing this Confidentiality Agreement, we will need the following information:
- Access to all current HMO, PPO and Insurance Plan contracts.
- Current fee schedules and/or EOBs received for claims billed by your organization.
- Copies of any relevant correspondence between your organization and the insurance carriers.
From the above information we will create a Health Plan Portfolio report rating your current health plans from the lowest payer to the highest to help map out a strategy in improving the financial performance of your contracts.
